Adult ADHD Evaluation · Telehealth

A real diagnosis. In one visit. From a board-certified specialist.

60-minute structured evaluation. Validated rating scales. Full medical and psychiatric history. Treatment plan and prescription if indicated — all in the initial visit when clinically appropriate.

The Evaluation

What actually happens in the appointment.

01

Pre-visit intake

After booking, you complete a structured intake: history, current symptoms, validated rating scales (ASRS, DIVA-5 framework), prior records. Plan ~30 minutes the day before.

02

Structured clinical interview

A full 60 minutes via secure video. We work through DSM-5 criteria for adult ADHD plus differential diagnoses. We ask the questions that matter, not the ones you've already answered five times.

03

Differential & comorbidity screen

Anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, bipolar spectrum, substance use, and medical contributors (sleep apnea, thyroid, low ferritin, caffeine/substance effects).

04

Medical & medication review

Cardiovascular history, current prescriptions, supplements, and any conditions that affect medication selection. Dual FNP certification means this isn't a hand-wave — we treat the whole patient.

05

Diagnostic decision and treatment plan

At the end of the visit you walk away with a clear answer: ADHD (with subtype), a different diagnosis, or 'we need more data' with a defined next step. Prescription can be sent same day if appropriate.

06

Records & documentation

Detailed clinical note in your chart. Released to you on request, including for ADA accommodations, school documentation, or insurance.

What This Isn't

A few things we don't do.

Not a 20-minute screen.

If a provider can diagnose adult ADHD in 20 minutes, they can't. We block a full 60 minutes for a reason.

Not a stimulant vending machine.

Stimulants are highly effective for the right diagnosis. We prescribe them responsibly. We will not prescribe controlled substances based on a rushed eval.

Not 'online ADHD' gimmickry.

No app-based diagnosis. No certification mills. Telehealth done right is the same standard of care as in-person — and that's how we run it.

What It Costs

Transparent pricing.

With Insurance

Most patients pay only their plan's specialist copay. We're in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, PacificSource, Regence, and SelectHealth.
