Comprehensive Evaluation (60 min)
Structured clinical interview, validated rating scales (ASRS, DIVA-5 framework), medical and psychiatric history, sleep and lifestyle review. We rule in or out ADHD with the same rigor you'd want for any medical diagnosis.
Personalized Treatment Plan
If ADHD is the diagnosis, we build a plan around your work and life — including stimulant or non-stimulant medication when indicated, executive-function strategies, and coordination with therapy or coaching if you have it. If it's something else, we'll tell you and refer you well.
Ongoing Optimization (30 min)
Follow-ups dialed to your schedule. Medication adjustments, side-effect management, and continuous tuning. Same provider every visit. No 15-minute med-mill appointments.

PMHNP-BC and FNP-C. Psychiatric specialist who also understands the medical side — sleep, thyroid, cardiac, and the medication interactions that matter when you're already on a complex regimen.

A proper adult ADHD assessment takes time. We schedule a full 60 minutes for intake because rushed diagnoses are how patients end up on the wrong medication for years.
