Making Mental Healthcare Work for You

At Embrace Psychiatry, we strive to make high-quality mental health care accessible by accepting a wide range of insurance plans. We are in-network with Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare Oxford, Idaho Medicaid and over 200 additional plans. To avoid unexpected costs, we recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm coverage, copays, deductibles, and any pre-authorization requirements.

For those without insurance or opting for private pay, our session fees are as follows:

  • Initial session (60 minutes): $400
  • Ongoing sessions (30 minutes): $225

We also offer a sliding scale fee for clients with financial constraints. This option is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers individual financial circumstances.

If you have questions about insurance verification, claims, or out-of-pocket costs, our team is happy to help guide you through the process and ensure you receive the care you need.

We combine expert medication management with compassionate therapy, all delivered conveniently via telehealth across Oregon, Utah, Idaho, and Washington.
